Job summary

Cekat.AI, a fast-growing AI agent startup in Indonesia, is seeking a UX Writer Specialist to craft and optimize product content across docs, web pages, and marketing materials. You will manage end-to-end messaging, oversee SEO-friendly copy, and coordinate multilingual content across languages.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, build knowledge resources, support product launches, and monitor content performance to improve user understanding and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in UX Writing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing or Technical Writing.
• Excellent copywriting in English and strong storytelling for products.
• Familiar with SEO basics and website content optimization.
• Experience with CMS platforms for content updates and localization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product documentation and content across websites, guides and FAQs.
• Create clear messaging for website, landing pages, product pages, blogs and marketing materials.
• Manage website content using CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency and SEO best practices.
• Coordinate multilingual localization of content across languages.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on launches and updates.
• Prepare product knowledge materials and lead internal knowledge sessions.
• Support launches with go-to-market materials and presentations.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements from analytics and user feedback.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
