Job summary

Fuse is seeking a UX Writer to craft clear, engaging product copy across our website and platform. You will shape messaging that not only guides users but also drives engagement and revenue.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Data teams to optimize messaging along the user journey, from discovery to checkout, and develop/test copy variations to improve conversions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a UX Writer, Product Copywriter, or Content Writer in a digital product environment.
• Experience writing for product interfaces, onboarding flows, or chatbot/WhatsApp interactions.
• Understanding of user journey, conversion funnels, and digital product experiences.
• Ability to balance clarity, usability, and persuasive messaging.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Growth).

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize product microcopy across the website, including CTAs, onboarding flows, forms, error messages, and checkout experiences.
• Create conversion-focused messaging for in-product promotions, notifications, and campaign messages.
• Develop and test multiple copy variations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure copy supports the overall product experience.
• Work with Growth and Data teams to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize messaging.
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and product messaging guidelines across all user touchpoints.
• Support experimentation initiatives (A/B testing) to identify messaging that improves key business metrics.
