Job summary

PT Abadinusa Usahasemesta is seeking an experienced Product Specialist Medical Devices focused on hemodialysis products and consumables to drive sales performance in Indonesia. The role requires building relationships with healthcare professionals and leading a sales team to meet growth targets.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in product specialization within the medical devices space, with strong English communication and a proactive, results-driven approach, ready to operate

Qualifications

• Bachelor9s degree in business/health/marketing major or related field required.
• Minimum 5 yearsa0experience as Product Specialist Medical Devices, particularly hemodialysis products and consumables.
• Experience as an Application Specialist for hemodialysis products is a plus.
• Solid understanding of hemodialysis products and the healthcare market.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a sales/marketing mindset.
• Confident, aggressive, and detail-oriented personality.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

What will you do?

• Responsible as Application Specialist
• Maintain technical competence in relevant products, monitor competitor activity, and ensure the team awareness
• Build relationships with Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to align with company goals
• Provide partners with information and training on product segments for effective sales and marketing, especially within Indonesia
• Conduct business reviews, accurately forecasting sales, growth, and financial metrics to meet objectives
• Strategize and oversee the growth of the hemodialysis machine including the consumables, leading the sales team to engage healthcare professionals
• Support the sales team, monitoring performance and building strong relationships within the healthcare industry to adapt to the market trends.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business/health/marketing related major
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Product Specialist Medical Devices (especially hemodialysis product and consumables)
• Have experience as an Application Specialist of hemodialysis products will be value added
• Good understanding of hemodialysis products/healthcare market and related procedures
• Good presentation and negotiation with strong sales and marketing strategy
