Monee in Jakarta seeks a senior Marketing Lead for asset management to drive product development and institutional outreach.

You will collaborate with APERDs and institutional investors, ensure OJK-compliant materials, design GTM strategies, and lead digital and traditional campaigns.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of asset management marketing experience.
• Experience with institutional investors and APERDs.
• Deep understanding of asset management products including global funds.
• Extensive network among APERDs and institutional investors (insurers, pension funds, corporations).
• Proficient with modern marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong strategic communication, negotiation, and critical thinking in volatile markets.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate across functions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Engage with APERDs and institutional investors closely.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and leadership.
• Oversee GTM launches for new investment products.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
• Work closely with the APERDs and institutional investors
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with strict OJK regulations.
• Product Design and Development
• Comprehensive understanding of investment product.
• Product design and development through collaboration with investment to create product that serves the unique needs of institutional investors and APERDs.
• Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns with digital APERD and traditional channels.
• Analytics
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify SeaAM Position and new growth opportunities.
• Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and leadership vision.
• Manage the launch of new investment products with an effective Go-To Market strategy.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, or Business. Master's degree (S2/MBA) highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in asset management marketing.
• Experience dealing and handling with institutional investors and APERDs
• Deep understanding of asset management products including global funds.
• Have wide network of APERDs and institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds and corporations
• Technical: Proficient in using modern marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strategic communication skills, negotiation skills, and critical thinking skills in navigating economic market dynamics.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written.
• Have a WPPE, WPEE or WMI license.
