Senior Product Manager

Job summary

Makmur Corporation is building a small but high performing product team focused on good process, high quality products, and growth. You will drive the roadmap, decide what to build and what to drop, and define success before you build.

Responsibilities include running discovery with users, writing PRDs for Engineering and Design, and ensuring high quality launches. You will collaborate with senior leaders on future directions and review other PMs to guide less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience (Master's/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in product management.
• Experience with financial markets products (mutual funds, equities, bonds and government securities, or ETFs).
• About 2 years working with regulators, auditors or partner institutions (OJK, IDX, KSEI, KPEI, custodian banks or securities firms).
• Experience bringing a consumer product to market.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable deciding on both quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Able to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
