Job summary

Makmur Corporation is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to guide a high-performing product team in Jakarta. You will own roadmaps, run quarterly prioritization, and run user discovery with design to back up choices with clear reasoning.

You’ll write PRDs for engineering, groom backlogs before sprints, and collaborate with GTM and operations to own outcomes post-release. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management
• Experience bringing a consumer product to market
• Comfortable self-serving data with SQL or a BI tool and able to define success metrics and tracking
• Working knowledge of investment products, or quick to learn; familiarity with OJK and IDX basics is a plus
• Able to walk through a decision you made, the options you rejected, and why
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
