Job summary

PT Kartanegara Energi Perkasa seeks an experienced Procurement Supervisor to manage technical procurement supporting the Senipah power plant. Based in Jakarta with potential travel to East Kalimantan, you will oversee supplier qualification, lead price/term negotiations, and ensure compliant, timely deliveries.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years in technical procurement for industrial goods, with knowledge of Indonesian import procedures and a background in power generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of technical goods and services for power plant operations.
• Source, assess, and qualify suppliers; build long-term relationships.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and payment conditions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate import-export activities and customs clearance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and freight forwarders to ensure timely procurement.
• Support planning, monitor supplier performance, identify efficiency opportunities.
