Job summary

PT GT Ladang Teknik is seeking a procurement professional to oversee activities in EPC projects, focusing on LNG-related equipment and materials. You will coordinate with the procurement manager, liaise with project teams, and lead vendor evaluation efforts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement within EPC, 1+ year in supervision, and strong analytical skills. English and Bahasa Indonesia are required, with proficiency in Accurate Software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in Procurement EPC or related industry.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in using Accurate Software.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of equipment and material for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Piping, Civil for gases (especially LNG).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical specifications and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work with the procurement manager to allocate tasks and resources within the team to optimize efficiency
• Liaison with project teams, ensuring that procurement needs are clearly understood and met
• Report on the progress of procurement activities to the procurement manager
• Assist procurement manager with bidding and projects related
• Source new potential vendors, negotiation, and evaluate vendor's performance
• Maintain good relationships with vendors with regular communication and visitation
• Ensure best quality from vendors and get good vendor satisfaction from internal stakeholders
