Staff Purchasing, Inventory & Collection

A food manufacturing company located in Tangerang is seeking a Staff Purchasing, Inventory & Collection who is detail-oriented, has good analytical abilities, and takes ownership of their work. This position is responsible for helping ensure the availability of materials and packaging, inventory control, and smooth customer receivables collection. You will work with the Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Finance teams and report to management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) according to company needs
• Search, compare, and evaluate suppliers
• Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms
• Monitor PO status and ensure goods arrive on schedule
• Maintain good working relationships with suppliers
• Monitor raw material stock, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Create routine stock reports
• Ensure stock data matches physical conditions
• Monitor minimum stock and purchasing needs
• Create and update customer aging receivables reports

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from Accounting, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5 years of work experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Finance/Account Receivable, Collection, or related positions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and numbers
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work on-site in Tangerang
• High integrity and sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive in following up with suppliers and customers without always waiting for instructions
