Job summary

PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk, located in Cikarang Barat, West Java, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage direct material purchasing in line with production needs. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery, and create Purchase Orders through to receipt of materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in procurement, with manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for direct materials based on production requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) until materials are received.
• Follow up on delivery delays, shortages, and material quality issues.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and related departments.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement data and documentation.
