Job summary

Midplaza Holding, based in Sudirman, Jakarta, is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities and liaise with vendors to ensure high-quality goods and services for operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, and fluent English. You will handle PRs in SAP, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate with multiple departments across the holding company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience handling supplies for ME, Interior, and Architecture.
• SAP procurement experience preferred.
• Understanding of import documentation and customs clearance.
• Strong analytical skills for price comparisons and cost efficiency.
• Good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure supplies for daily operations (ME, Interior, Architecture).
• Process Purchase Requisitions in SAP for goods to be procured.
• Provide price comparisons to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing and managing customs clearance documents.
• Support clearance process for imported goods.
• Coordinate with internal users across hotels, projects, and holding company.
