FDC Dental Clinic is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end purchasing process, vendor relations, and inventory budgeting across clinics. You will oversee a high volume of SKUs and ensure timely supplies for all branches, maintaining strict SLA adherence.

The role requires onboarding ASAP and hands-on management of 20–50 branches, with services procurement included in the scope. Onsite work at our Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur office is required.

Job Overview

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end purchasing process, vendor relations, and inventory budgeting for both goods and services. You will oversee a high volume of SKUs and ensure that all clinics are fully equipped with medical and non-medical supplies on time, maintaining a highly efficient Service Level Agreement (SLA).

IMPORTANT NOTES ON FDC SPECIFIC NEEDS & SCALE:

High Urgency: We are looking for candidates who can onboard immediately or with a very short notice period (ASAP).

Multi-Branch & High SKU Volume: You will be supporting 20 to 50 active clinic branches and managing a massive inventory of over 1,000 active SKUs (ranging from specialized dental materials, clinical equipment, to office stationery and operational tools).

High-Value Transactions: You must be accustomed to handling a high volume of transactions, with an average monthly purchase value exceeding IDR 1 Billion (1M+).

Strict SLA: We operate in a fast-paced healthcare environment where delays affect patient care. The target SLA from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) creation is 1 business day.

Service & Maintenance Capability: Apart from physical goods, you will actively manage procurement of services (such as clinic building maintenance, AC servicing, electrical works, and emergency repairs).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from Purchase Requisition (PR) verification to Purchase Order (PO) creation and delivery.

Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with a large pool of active vendors >10 vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Handle procurement for a high volume of SKUs >1,000 items including dental materials, office supplies, and general clinic equipment.

Coordinate procurement operations for multiple clinic branches/outlets (20 - 50 branches).

Manage procurement of services (maintenance, electrical, facility repairs, AC services, etc.).

Conduct price negotiations and payment terms optimization to drive cost efficiency.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing vendor purchase contracts.

Monitor purchasing schedules and forecast material demands to prevent stockouts (red zone conditions).

Resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and vendor disputes effectively.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or Buyer (experience in retail, healthcare, F&B, or multi-outlet industries is highly preferred).

Strong experience managing multi-branch procurement operations (ideally supporting 20+ branches).

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and budget forecasting skills.

Ability to manage a large portfolio of SKUs >1,000 items and active vendors.

Proven experience in handling both goods procurement and service/maintenance procurement.

Fast responder with a proactive attitude in handling sudden operational emergencies.

Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at our Support Office in Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.
