• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience with sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Data management with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Analytical ability to create financial reports and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including RFQ, quotes, and purchase agreements.
• Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services within budget.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or pricing issues.
• Conduct periodic supplier evaluations for quality and compliance.
• Review, amend, and finalize supplier contracts in line with policies.
• Maintain records of procurement transactions and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in development and management of the procurement budget.
• Prepare regular procurement reports detailing savings and KPIs.
• Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job description

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing

Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including issuing requests for proposals (when necessary), obtaining quotes, and finalizing purchase agreements

Ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services in line with organizational requirements and budget constraints

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing

Conduct periodic supplier evaluations to ensure quality and compliance

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the company

Review, amend, and finalize supplier contracts and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies

Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and manage inventory levels to meet operational needs

Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions

Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management, detailing key performance indicators, savings, and operational efficiencies

Continuously review procurement processes to identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Work closely with other departments to align procurement activities with overall business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or relevant major

3 to 4 years of work experience in procurement with a proven track record in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation

English communication both written and verbal is a must

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Data management skills with Ms. Excel and/or Google Sheets

Analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
