Job summary

Yayasan Bina Nusantara seeks a Procurement Project & Planning Senior Officer to develop and plan procurement programs, directing teams responsible for buying, selling, and distributing IT materials and vendor relations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and proven PM experience, with exposure to business analysis, strategy, BI, and related analytics. IT, data analysis, or audit familiarity is a plus, and procurement background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in Project Management, either as a Project Manager or Project Team Member, with exposure to Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, or other analytical/strategic functions.
• Experience or knowledge in IT, data analysis, audit, or technology-related projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Procurement experience is preferred.

Procurement Project & Planning Senior Officer were responsible for developing and planning procurement program to ensure effective and efficient operation, direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, and vendor related to IT.

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proven experience in Project Management, either as a Project Manager or Project Team Member, with exposure to Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, or other analytical/strategic functions.
