Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid knowledge of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, and procurement software.
• Strong skills in cost analysis, vendor management, negotiation, and ERP systems (such as SAP or Axapta).

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for supplies based on purchase requests; identify best value suppliers.
• Expand supplier base by evaluating potential suppliers for packaging, raw materials, and general items.
• Conduct negotiations on prices, minimum order quantities, and contracts; compare offers for best value.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to support objectives.
• Review and monitor supplier performance to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Update and manage the supplier database; improve sourcing processes.
• Complete administrative tasks related to sourcing operations on time.
