Indonesia Stock Exchange is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Jakarta team. You will oversee procurement policies and processes, ensure alignment with GCG principles, and manage operations, vendor data, and the procurement system to boost efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication in Indonesian and English. You will be based at our Head Office in Jakarta and contribute to a compliant, value-driven procurement

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management/Finance/IT.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Skills in procurement, vendor management, contract drafting, filing systems and administration, fixed asset management and project management.
• Skills in Procurement Management and Vendor Management.
• Good administrative, detail-oriented, assertive, communicative, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.

General Requirements

• Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
• Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing
• Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
