A well-established and rapidly growing organization based in South Tangerang, Banten, is currently seeking a strategic and highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our on-site team. In this critical role, you will oversee our end-to-end purchasing operations, optimize our supply chain, and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies. Strategic Sourcing: Develop, implement, and drive comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Assess vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Negotiation & Contracts: Lead high-level negotiations for pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best possible commercial outcomes and cost savings for the organization.
Process Optimization: Streamline purchasing processes, improve inventory management, and implement best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Cost Control & Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to monitor trends, forecast price fluctuations, and manage the procurement budget effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Management to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Mitigate supply chain risks.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage the procurement team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic sourcing, successful contract negotiations, and delivering measurable cost reductions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and financial acumen.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in modern procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
