Qualifications

• Active student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and data-driven.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team.
• Available to work full-time from the office in Central Jakarta.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and logistics activities.
• Assist the procurement process from PR to PO.
• Monitor daily PRs and follow up with stakeholders.
• Collect, validate and organize supplier quotations and procurement data.
• Monitor purchasing lead time and delivery status.
• Assist in procurement data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Support supplier coordination and procurement administration.
