Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing administration and paperwork.
• Assist with archiving files (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry.
• Support vendor selection processes under mentor guidance.
• Ensure all admin documents for vendor evaluation are submitted.
• Assist the Purchasing Team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
