Job summary

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a Local - Fixed Term Employee to coordinate supply chain processes daily, ensuring WV regulations and donor requirements are met, and maintaining internal controls.

The role covers prepositioning, procurement performance analysis, and rapid response in emergencies, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and compliance. You will work across clusters, APs, and projects to support disaster risk reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• At least 1 year experience in procurement, preferably humanitarian sector.
• Good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement planning from opportunity funding to service delivery.
• Lead sourcing, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with WV regulations and donor requirements.
• Provide procurement performance analysis for project decisions.
