Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to travel within the country up to 10% of travel time.
• Good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily procurement operations at Cluster/AP/Project level to meet donor requirements and internal controls.
• Conduct market assessments, prequalification, tendering and contract processes per procedures.
• Provide vendor evaluation, negotiation support and contract lifecycle management guidance.
• Support emergency procurement and disaster response with logistics and procurement insights.
