Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Central Jakarta is offering a 6-month internship to students or fresh graduates in Industrial or Logistics Engineering. You will support daily procurement and logistics activities and assist the PR-to-PO process.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong data skills, and good communication. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, and you will work on-site in Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Active students or fresh graduates (with no active classes) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering from reputable university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and logistics activities.
• Assist the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
• Monitor daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with related stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations and procurement data.
• Monitor purchasing lead time and delivery status.
• Assist in procurement data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Support supplier coordination and procurement administration.
• Maintain and organize procurement and logistics documentation.
