Job summary

Plus Group in Indonesia seeks a hands-on Domestic Goods Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing, sourcing, and PO issuance in line with company specs.

You will handle import documentation (PI Besi Baja), coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and internal teams, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining meticulous records. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years preferred with Excel/Odoo experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant major (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience: 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or import-export is a plus.
• Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, PO creation, as well as import documentation and permits (customs/forwarders).
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and ERP systems (Odoo).
• Interpersonal & Work Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Goods Procurement: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from receiving requests, sourcing suppliers, and comparing prices, to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company requirements and specifications.
• Import Documentation & PI Besi Baja: Prepare, process, and complete all administrative files and import permits, specifically Iron and Steel Import Approvals (PI Besi Baja).
• Coordination & Communication: Actively liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure clarity on pricing, specifications, goods availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitoring & Delivery: Regularly track the procurement process and import routes until goods arrive safely and on time at the company location.
• Administration & Filing: Record, organize, and archive all procurement and import transaction documents for easy retrieval when needed.
