Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement and Procurement Manager for SDN Business to drive sourcing excellence and procurement efficiency. You will lead supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure adherence to quality, delivery, compliance, and sustainability standards across the SDN portfolio.

The role requires extensive procurement experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

Job Description Summary: SMART Agri Continuous Improvement and Procurement Manager for SDN Business Job Description: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for leading sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization obtains goods and services at the best value while meeting quality, delivery, compliance, and sustainability requirements. This role manages supplier relationships, drives cost optimization initiatives, supports business stakeholders, and ensures procurement processes are aligned with company policies and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and category management.
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement analytics/reporting tools.
  • Familiar with procurement governance, risk management, and sustainability practices.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
