Job summary

PT. Beurer Indonesia Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes at our Kendal facility.

You will define process flows, work instructions, equipment needs, and operating parameters to ensure efficient, stable production. The role requires analyzing bottlenecks, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement, conducting time studies, and validating processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Qualifications

• University degree in electronic, mechanical or engineering field.
• 3–5 years in development or production of electronic medical products.
• Ability to review and develop SOP and WI for new product.
• Knowledge/experience to create BOM for product.
• Well organized with proven project work and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in an international industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing process to ensure efficient, stable, and consistent production operation.
• Define and establish manufacturing process flow, work instructions, process specifications, equipment, tooling, and operating parameters.
• Analyze production process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze production abnormalities to identify root cause and corrective action.
• Conduct process studies, time studies, and cycle time.
• Optimize production process to improve line efficiency, productivity, and capacity.
• Conduct process trials, equipment evaluation, and feasibility studies for changes.
• Plan and execute process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Develop and maintain process engineering docs including PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on processes, equipment, material, and docs.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements related to equipment, tooling, layout, and methods.

Job description

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing process to ensure efficient, stable, and consistent production operation

Define and establish manufacturing process flow, work instruction, process specification, equipment, tooling, and operating parameters

Analyse production process to identify bottleneck, inefficiencies, and opportunity for improvement

Analyze production abnormalities by evaluating process parameter, production data, and process condition to identify rootcause and determine appropriate corrective action

Conduct process studies, time studies, and cycle time

Optimize production process to improve line efficiency, productivity, manpower utilization, and production capacity

Conduct process trial, equipment evaluation, and process feasibility studies for new product, material, and process changes

Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ to ensure processes meet establish requirement

Develop and maintain process engineering documentation including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instruction

Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel regarding manufacturing processes, operating procedures, and process improvement

Coordinating engineering changes and assess their impact on manufacturing processes, equipment, material, and production documentation

Evaluate implement process improvement related to equipment, tooling, production layout, and manufacturing methods

Qualifications

University degree in electronic, mechanic and any engineering field

Having 3-5 years of experience in the development or production of electronic medical products will be advantage

Ability to review and develop SOP and WI for new product

Knowledge/experience to create of BOM for product

Well organized, with proven project work experience and the ability to work with very tight deadlines to complete project designs and changes. Predictively estimate the project risk before the design starts and arrange appropriate treatment measures

Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage
