Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze technical data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Willing to work on the shop floor and support production activities.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.

Job description

Develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes for power transformers to ensure efficiency, product quality, and production reliability.

Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to resolve process-related issues.

Monitor production performance, analyze process data, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with engineering specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.

Conduct root cause analysis for production defects, process deviations, and manufacturing inefficiencies.

Prepare technical reports, process performance analyses, and improvement proposals for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field from reputable university.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in manufacturing or electrical equipment industries are preferred.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to analyze technical data, identify problems, and develop practical solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
