Job summary

You will lead prototype process validation for new vehicle models, resolve on-site assembly issues, and implement technical improvements while collaborating with R&D and Quality to ensure precision and standards are met across tooling and fixtures, supporting

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in on-site technical management and industrial engineering design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Mastery of design software such as AutoCAD and Creo.
• Proficiency in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan the vehicle assembly process route, compile work instructions, and optimize assembly workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Lead process validation during the prototype phase for new vehicle models.
• Resolve on-site assembly issues and implement technical improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality departments to optimize tooling and fixture designs, ensuring assembly precision meets technical standards.
• Monitor production line cycle times and capacity data, analyze bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Conduct training on new processes and provide on-site technical guidance to ensure standardized and compliant execution of production operations.
