Job summary

Valeo Indonesia seeks an Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of the new P1 program, drive ramp-up, and optimize production processes. You will champion manufacturability and share know-how across the domain to raise efficiency and quality.

You will participate in designing new equipment and lines, contribute to PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN, perform pre-acceptance and trials on the lines, set up validation plans, lead lean design workshops, and help ensure FDPR readiness with

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization of the new P1 program.
• Improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.
• Capitalize and share know-how of industrial processes in his domain.
• Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
• Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
• Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
• Perform trials on the lines and deliver reports.
• Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR.
• Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN.
• Lead Lean design workshop.
