Job summary

BYD Company Limited in Indonesia is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, implement, and evaluate manufacturing processes in a battery or automotive factory context.

You will manage documentation, lead trial production phases, drive continuous process optimization, and handle on-floor stability, as well as undertake other duties assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (both spoken and written).
• Experience in process engineering, trial production, or manufacturing process optimization (battery/automotive factory preferred).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and familiarity with failure analysis tools.

Requirements:
