Job summary

PT LIUGONG MACHINERY MANUFACTURING INDONESIA is seeking an on-site Process and Industrial Engineering Specialist to plan vehicle/heavy equipment assembly routes, compile work instructions, and optimize workflows to boost efficiency.

You will lead prototype process validation for new vehicle models, resolve on-site assembly issues, and implement technical improvements while collaborating with R&D and Quality to ensure precision and standards are met across tooling and fixtures, supporting

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in on-site technical management and industrial engineering design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Mastery of design software such as AutoCAD and Creo.
• Proficiency in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

About you

Proficiency in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to use English as a working language
