Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a motivated engineer to develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes for power transformers. You will analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze technical data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Willing to work on the shop floor and support production activities.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance, analyze process data, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure processes comply with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and improvement proposals for management.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and deviations.
