Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing plants
• Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and panel design/troubleshooting
• Familiar with basic civil facility upkeep and factory safety regulations (K3)

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot factory electrical distribution, panels, transformers, gensets, PLCs, and motor controls
• Oversee basic structural/civil maintenance of factory premises
• Plan and execute daily, monthly, yearly preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead third-party contractors for electrical/civil upgrades or factory modifications
• Ensure projects adhere to budgets and timelines
• Comply with Indonesian safety regulations (K3) and SOPs
