Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IPQC or QC Inspector in a manufacturing environment (electronics industry is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, strict with rules, and honest.
• Able to work in a shift system.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrol inspections (first article, in-process, and final inspection on the line).
• Monitor production parameters and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify defective products or abnormal processes and report them to the Production and Quality teams immediately.
• Stop the production line if a serious quality issue is detected to prevent mass defects.
• Record daily inspection data and prepare quality reports.
• Assist in investigating the root causes of production defects.
