Middle Electronics Engineer

Salatiga, Indonesia

We are seeking a Middle Electronics Engineer to join our Electronics team in our office at Salatiga. The primary functions of this engineer will be to design electronics and robotic projects. Candidates must work well independently and also in a team, often collaborating with mechanical and software engineers. The company is a worldwide team that works in a fast‑paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining a fun, open work environment.

Understanding of and experience with multiple additional areas outside of core electrical design – for example software, firmware, FPGA, injection molding, refrigeration, thermal analysis, optics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross‑functional design reviews including requirements definition, manufacturability assessments, and application.
• Plan projects accurately.
• Manage projects across multiple disciplines accurately.
• Perform root cause analyses by utilizing established problem‑solving tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design.
• Previous industry experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have substantial project experience or have gained practical experience independently, beyond academic assignments.
• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in creating electronic prototypes.
• Ready to lead or mentor other team members.
• Strong skills in PCB design, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), motion control, and embedded systems are a plus.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
