Job summary

PT Polytama Propindo in Balongan, West Java, is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Engineer to support operational activities, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement for batch operations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years' experience with at least 1 year in supervision, strong project control, Excel mastery, and familiarity with Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and HTRI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in project control and reporting.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in process simulation using Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and HTRI.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java.
