Job summary

PT Polytama Propindo in Balongan, West Java, is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Engineer to support operational activities, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement for batch operations. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong experience in project control and reporting.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience in process simulation using Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and HTRI.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java.

Responsibilities

Support operational activities, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation for batch processes to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Monitor and control batch project activities to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within specifications, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
