Job summary

PT Loka Abadi Sentausa is seeking a Management System & Continuous Improvement Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain our management systems and operational processes. You will work with Coordinators, Middle Management and Directors to ensure compliance with international standards and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires experience in Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO standards, with strong analytical and communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, quality management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality assurance, management systems, or process improvement roles especially in manufacture.
• Strong knowledge of Kaizen, Obeya, Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate continuous improvement (Kaizen) across departments, using structured problem-solving methodologies (PDCA-SDCA)
• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems aligned with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar certifications as applicable)
• Monitor operational performance through QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale/Manpower)
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze operational data, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Monitor implementation and sustainability of improvement initiatives and management actions
• Prepare performance reports and elevate critical or recurring issues to Middle Management and Directors
• Document management system procedures, work instructions, and policies to ensure clarity and consistency across all departments
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to management system effectiveness
• Communicate management system requirements to relevant stakeholders and support departmental compliance efforts
