Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Principal Procurement Analyst to lead end-to-end sourcing for complex categories across Southeast Asia. You will craft sourcing strategies, run negotiations, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect margins and enable growth.

The role requires deep procurement expertise, a track record of handling high-value contracts, and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights. Fluency in English and regional multi-market experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Procurement credentials such as MCIPS or CPSM are preferred.
Fluent English with strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing plans for complex, high-value categories that shift cost, risk, and supply outcomes.
Propose technical sourcing strategy for your areas and shape function adoption.
Tackle problems requiring deep operational and financial impact understanding.
Design RFx and tender strategy that is compliant and auditable at large scales.
Improve sourcing processes, templates, and tooling as a senior contributor.
Own supplier risk and contract governance for your categories.
Mentor analysts and raise the team's technical bar without direct reports.
