Dell Technologies seeks a Principal Consultant to lead large-scale GenAI infrastructure deployments in customer data centers, primarily in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will guide discovery, architecture, roadmaps, and value realization for executives, acting as a subject-matter expert on industry and technology transformation.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders at the executive level, and ensure program governance with a strong on-site presence across data centers and customer

Competenze

• 12-15 years of experience managing large, complex technology projects in customer data centers.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale hardware/infrastructure deployments; avoid candidates with software migration backgrounds.
• Hands-on data center experience and ability to articulate HPC/GenAI infra components.

Mansioni

• Lead pre-deal engagement and ensure strong stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including rack-build, logistics, deployment, testing, and handover.
• Manage executive communications and maintain program governance.
• Maintain on-site presence in data centers during planning and delivery phases.
• Oversee installation, client acceptance, and cross-functional alignment to deliver outcomes.
• Provide strategic advisory to accelerate value realization for the client.
