Dell Technologies in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Principal Engineer to design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations, and improve reliability. You will create documentation and handover materials for sustained success within the Service Delivery team.
You will collaborate with Sales and Global Services, develop strategic account growth plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across environments.
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of strong exposure in project deployment or management of enterprise infrastructures.
- Exposure in the deployment of DellEMC products such as PowerMax, Powerstore, Powerscale, Connectrix, Poweredge, GenAi, Dell Networking Switches (L2) and ECS.
Responsabilités
- Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement
- Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations and provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders
- Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement
- Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation
- Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships
