Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical support or field engineering.
• Hands-on experience with server, storage and networking hardware.
• Ability to interpret logs and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell AI Server systems and ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware and software issues; perform RCA and corrective actions.
• Perform server maintenance, firmware upgrades, health checks, and FCOs.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to resolve critical issues.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for reliability.
