Qualifications

• Cloud deployment experience on Alibaba Cloud and Google Cloud.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The Company serves the customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer) and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and technology roadmaps that align with business strategies and operational requirements.
• Oversee the analysis and design of technology solutions for new projects, existing system enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Be actively involved in implementing strategic architecture solutions, including system redesign, application modernization, performance optimization, and platform capacity improvements.
• Work closely with Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to identify technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective long-term solutions.
• Define and maintain architecture principles, technical standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across system development and operations.
• Evaluate application, service, integration, database, and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with established architecture standards.
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, platforms, frameworks, and solutions to improve system scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
• Design solutions that support increasing transaction volumes and high-throughput processing while maintaining system performance and stability. Identify and resolve bottlenecks across applications, databases, middleware, networks, and infrastructure.
• Advise management on technology direction, architecture improvements, risk mitigation, and technology investment priorities.
• Participate in major incident management, problem management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system availability and reliability.
• Ensure technology architecture supports availability targets, system resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex system or application development projects.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly in designing and implementing large-scale or mission-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and solution design to development, deployment, and implementation.
• Solid knowledge and experience in application architecture and system design.
• Good understanding of front-end, back-end, and mobile programming languages and technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to cloud platforms, particularly Alibaba Cloud and Google Cloud.
• Experience with mobile application deployment and publishing through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
