PT BANK NEO COMMERCE Tbk. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure banking software.

You will collaborate with fellow software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs. The role requires at least 3 years of software engineering experience, familiarity with SDLC, testing practices, and cloud deployment (GCP / Alibaba Cloud).

Competenze

Min. 3 years of experience as Software Engineer, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
Familiar with SDLC, testing practices, and cloud deployment (GCP / Alibaba Cloud).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications for banking products.
Collaborate with software engineers, mobile engineers, PMs, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and quality.
Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to uphold standards.
