PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, a technology-driven Indonesian bank, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of shared digital banking platforms. You will manage platform roadmaps, requirements, and UAT, coordinating with Risk, IT, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

The role focuses on OCR, liveness, AI-enabled services, promo engines, and AI capabilities, ensuring regulatory alignment and strong customer impact.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital banking, fintech, product management, or banking platform development.
• Strong understanding of shared banking platforms, including OCR, liveness, deepfake detection, FDS, mobile platforms, loyalty engines, and AI services.
• Experience in PRD preparation, roadmaps, user journeys, coordinating UAT, and delivering digital products.
• Familiarity with API integration, architecture concepts, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional technology projects.
• Good understanding of banking regulations, risk management, data protection, and information security.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Description :

• Responsible for managing the development, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of shared banking platforms supporting multiple digital banking products and business functions.
• Manage product requirements, platform roadmaps, solution design, and development priorities across the following platforms:
• Risk Platform: OCR, Liveness Detection, Deepfake Detection, and Fraud Detection System (FDS).
• Mobile Platform: Digital Onboarding, Membership, and Gamification.
• Promo Engine: Voucher, Loyalty, and Coupon Management.
• AI Platform: Shared AI capabilities and integration supporting banking products, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Business, Risk, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) into Product Requirement Documents (PRD), functional specifications, and platform enhancements.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure platform capabilities are scalable, reusable, secure, and integrated with relevant banking systems.
• Manage product delivery from requirement gathering, solution design, development coordination, testing, UAT, and implementation through post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure platform enhancements and new capabilities are delivered according to agreed priorities, timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, adoption, user feedback, and operational effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective coordination between Product, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations in managing platform changes, feature improvements, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain platform product roadmaps aligned with the bank's digital transformation strategy and business objectives.
• Support optimization, automation, and standardization of platform capabilities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall banking product delivery.
