Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, a technology-driven Indonesian bank, seeks a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead architecture design across banking platforms. You will define roadmaps, ensure scalability, security, and reliability while aligning with business goals.

With 10+ years in software or system architecture, you will collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations to evaluate new technologies and guide strategic decisions for large-scale banking systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE required.
10+ years delivering complex systems in finance.
Experience in banking/financial services architecture.
Strong SDLC understanding.
Proficiency in front-end, back-end, and mobile development.
Cloud deployment experience on Alibaba Cloud and Google Cloud.
Experience publishing apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise architecture and solution architecture.
Oversee analysis and design of technology solutions for new projects and enhancements.
Drive strategic architecture initiatives including modernization and scalability.
Collaborate with Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices across development and operations.
Evaluate designs for compliance with architecture standards and optimize performance and cost.
