Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking deck crew to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vessel deck equipment.

You will inspect and overhaul gear, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure tools are kept secure and properly stored. You will work with reporting officers and the senior technical storekeeper to maintain spare parts stocks and provide accurate work history and parts data for input into AMOS.

• Always actions deck defect chits in a timely and cost effective manner
• Effectively and efficiently maintains and overhauls all deck equipment as directed by the reporting officer
• Maintains strict adherence to safety, Cleanliness, and tidiness when performing equipment maintenance ,paying special attention to ensure that all maintenance - related tools are used and stored properly
• Work with the reporting officers and the senior technical storekeeper to ensure sufficient stocks of spare parts are maintained on board at all times
• Promptly provides accurate work history and parts consumed data for input into AMOS
