Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International on ships is seeking a Galley Cook to support daily galley production across all dining venues. You will set up stations, handle food items per safety standards, and work under the CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.

Candidates should be familiar with galley equipment care and USPH practices, and be prepared for hands-on duties aboard commercial vessels in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience with galley kitchen operations on ships or cruise lines.
• Ability to produce garnish and hot/cold dishes to standard.
• Familiarity with galley equipment care and basic repairs.
• Knowledge of USPH practices and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in the daily galley production for all restaurants and dining rooms.
• Actively involved in daily garnish production.
• Ensure galley equipment is well maintained and safe to use.
• Prepare/set up stations for service in the galley.
• Perform duties as assigned by the CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
