Dexter Cargo, the freight forwarding unit of PT. Dexter Eurekatama, seeks a Pricing Specialist to join on-site in Kemayoran. You will develop and maintain competitive pricing models for air, ocean, land freight, and related import-export solutions.

Collaborating with sales, operations, and finance, you will analyze cost structures, monitor margins, prepare quotations, and ensure timely pricing for clients and internal teams. A strong analytical mindset and knowledge of logistics are essential.

Role Description

The Pricing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kemayoran. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining competitive pricing models for freight and logistics services, including air, ocean, land, and related import-export solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing cost structures, market rates, and customer requirements, preparing quotations and proposals, and ensuring accurate, timely pricing for internal teams and clients. The Pricing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing with business strategy, monitor margin performance, and recommend adjustments based on market trends. The role also involves maintaining pricing databases, supporting contract negotiations, and providing clear communication and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, cost modeling, and margin evaluation.
• Finance-related competencies, such as basic budgeting, pricing methodologies, and understanding of revenue and cost drivers.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting pricing recommendations clearly.

• Ability to work on-site in Kemayoran, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
