Job summary

PT Sunrise Masami Internasional is seeking an experienced Equipment Management Supervisor to lead the department's development plans and annual work programs in Banyuwangi. The role emphasizes budget planning, spare parts control, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance.

The candidate should possess a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics with at least 5 years in equipment management or maintenance, including TPM and quality systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical / Electrical/ Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment management or maintenance; supervisory experience acceptable.
• Familiarity with can-making and metal packaging industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and TPM concepts.
• Proficient in electrical or mechanical maintenance and repair techniques; PLC knowledge.
• Strong MS Office, CAD drafting, and data analysis abilities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement department development plans aligned with company strategy.
• Prepare annual work plan including budget and equipment expenses.
• Investigate technical incidents; produce reports and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance planning.
• Oversee procurement and installation of new equipment to meet goals.
• Lead maintenance plans and major overhauls; train staff regularly.
• Support smart manufacturing initiatives and equipment digitalization.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across the department.
