Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dedicated educator to plan and run Trial Class and Open House sessions, including teaching aids and worksheets. You will conduct on-class teaching during these events and collaborate with SA Kids to engage students and parents.

The role also involves preparing post-event reports, supporting online/offline Parents Seminars, and participating in ongoing teacher development trainings to enhance classroom practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.

Responsabilités

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
